To not do so is simply hypocritical and an abuse of privilege.

There’s a problem with not limiting this. I claim the right of personal freedom, but I would (and I believe we SHOULD) restrict that right to homicidal criminals and to those who are mentally incompetent to deal with that freedom. In the first case, society needs protection. In the second, the individual dose.
