MY BELIEFS

This warns against tragedies of the commons and reciprocal conflict. By following this rule, the question of whether I, individually, should use the commons more turns into a question of whether I think ALL people should use the commons more. This prevents overexploitation.

The ability to think, to believe and to hold conscience is a prerequisite to a full exploration of what is true and what is right. Bad ideas should not be suppressed, they should be shown to be bad. If they can't be shown to be bad... maybe they're not bad after all.
Murder is wrong, but killing to prevent a greater evil is ok. Theft is wrong, but taxation by a just law is ok. Kidnapping is wrong, but imprisonment for rapists by sound justice is ok. It is important to know which liberties are conditional, and which are unconditional.
