Humans have this amazing ability to understand what we have and leave it better than we found it. If we all used it to the best of our abilities, without the fear of being judged harshly by one another, there's no limit to the good our species could accomplish.

Cynicism cuts us off from new friends and loves, while blind faith can bind us to those who ruin our lives. A "leap of faith" can be good for reaching out to someone new, as a scaffold for building trust. Secrets should only be given up in dire need, never for selfish profit.

Reminds me that it's not just me on this planet.
