Happiness comes from relationships with others that is the result of aligning wills and objectives. Working with people can create synergistic outcomes through the combination of innovation, talents, and diverse perspectives. Ultimately, working with people we can create things.
Children have great potential, but need to learn to understand their feelings, set objectives, and learn how to turn their objectives into actions and outcomes. Parents are in a position to influence children and help them learn, but it works best when parents help each other.
