To lead you need good psychology. People will follow that. I have FINALLY figured out what I love about the people in my life and those that I respect.They have awesome psychology. If they didn't they wouldn't be in my life. Mutual trust and respect.

Without good psychology there is no justice and no peace. Neitzsche said "God is dead" that statement highlights our responsibility and burden of CHOICE now. We can either do the right thing or the wrong thing. It is always a choice. That is power.
