Breaking a rule is just doing the opposite of something and completely uncreative. Bending a rule requires skill and insight.
Assistance defies the laws of conservation and can be multiplied over and over across the world.
Focusing on unsubstantiated claims tends to distract from reality.
It would be wiser to focus energy on the things you can affect.
