Like bodybuilding, true love or ‘soulbuilding’ takes a lot from us, and make us grow at the same time.

That is a beautiful sentiment. I also liked that you tied that into bodybuilding. I’m not a body builder or anything like that, but I can imagine the amount of mental strength it takes to push your body to certain limits. One of my favorite quotes is “A well built physique is a status symbol. It reflects you worked hard for it, no money can buy it. You cannot borrow it, you cannot inherit it, you cannot steal it. You cannot hold onto it without constant work. It shows discipline, it shows self respect, it shows patience, work ethic and passion. That is why I do what I do.” It’s attributed to Arnold Schwarzenegger. But what I like about your “WHY” explanation is that, yeah, these things take a lot from us, time, discipline, effort. Nothing else can be a stand in for the level of consciousness to which we must all arrive in order to see change.
